Pretty sure you need a licensing agreement to use that word. See how I didn't use it but you still know what I mean?

Well, looks like I missed a lot of excitement over the weekend... I'm back, I think? o_O I'm here for help/education, not for drama.

Plans are underway to upgrade my work system to a 40B with a 20g or 30g sump to make things easier to stabilize and maintain (and to prolong/encourage the addiction, though no fish will be added to the stocking list for the upgrade and no future tank upgrades are to be considered [yeah, right... ;) ]).

The new hashtag is great!

Does anyone have experience with a "mustard Tang"?

Not much about them on here

I've only done a bit of research. They really piqued my interest until I saw the price tag...
Is that one in a tank of yours or elsewhere?

i just said i ran a 10k this morning im tired. no thanks :)

Who ever had the same scraper as me, what 4 inch blades did you order?
Type in 4 inch blade on Amazon. They’re basically the same. Any of the ones in yellow cases will do. Just a heads up, the scraper does not utilize all 4 inches of the blade. It only scrapes about 3inches from the center point.

Morning all , what a weekend seems I missed a lot of the fun lol , nothing new from me
Just spamming nems
Righto righto.

if torch zapped the bta imma be a lil sad he was a nice lil guy.

could also be just faking it for attention like usual
when I had a torch it lived very close to the nem , it would sting the nem occasionally (nem unbothered ) I think if the nem was actually fighting it could kill the torch overnight as it did Goni / Kenya tree

That is in a tank at my LFS.
That's what I guessed but was not sure. How much are they charging for the tang? I do think they are very interesting and I like the coloration, but I expect price around $500 or more from what I've seen previously?

He got back to me $160, my choice of the two he brought in.
That is amazing to me that you can find fish so much cheaper at your LFS than typical online prices!
I think I've seen you offer it before and I'm not ready with anything in specific for actually placing an order, but do you take special requests (based on availability, of course) for having you pick up a fish at your LFS and ship it to me (central IL)? This could be a good option for better pricing on some of the fish I am considering.

Of course, there are no obligations. I'll continue discussion in a private message about any actual order considerations if it might be an option in the future.

You're always welcome to shoot me a PM with what you are looking for. The local market out here saturates and dries up constantly. I have built good relationships with many of the buyers who know Im easy to work with and pay cash. That goes a long way.

There are some sorts of fish such as wrasses That i hardly ever come across. Not sure how but they never make it here. Others that are constantly available in droves.

The issue in shipping is it is expensive right now. Cost prohibitively expensive in most cases with fish.

Thanks, I'll keep it in mind and communicate later when I am ready to check options for fish after my build is ready.
I expect shipping to be high, but there is potential on certain fish that it would not be prohibitive if the fish cost is low enough already.
For example: if my online price for a mustard tang is $500 with free shipping, your price at $160 leaves room for an easy $200 for shipping to still have a lower price, even including something extra for you to make your time/risk worthwhile. Not that I'm looking at buying a mustard tang, but a similar scenario could be applicable for some of the fish I am considering.

It's always nice to know of different sources/options when shopping around. I'll let you know If I have a specific request.
