@LadyMac your artwork is really beautiful. Have you considered writing a children's book about bettas and doing the illustrations? A lot of kids start with a Betta. You could do a kid friendly how to.

Oooh, Saturday I’m meeting with a member here for a kessil arm! I’ll probably have to figure some fandangling of it out and that’s ok. It’s free and local. I’m excited to be able to not have this light hanging by a screw thread lol. And best of all the R24 on the Mac’s will get its mount back and I can use the arm for the Serene once more. That solves a lot of issues. Like, a lot a lot. It’s a 30ish minute drive for us but I’m heading to Petco anyhow which is in the general vicinity. I’ll just see if Hubbs is ok with the Woodruff rd one as opposed to pleasantburg. I’m sure he won’t mind. I’ll play the “But baby, it’s for my birthday” card.

Oof. Got the power bill in the mail. Current is 404.00 Combined with the past due I almost passed out when I read 700.00.

Why on earth is it so high. We haven’t done anything extra :/

I don’t even know how large mine is. lol. I don’t even think it’s that. But it’s also not very energy efficient. We need to fill holes and stuff. Will need to do some summer projects when it heats up.

Our bathroom has 2 or 3 cans of expandafoam in the wall. You could feel a breeze from inside of the vanity.

This is the shower in our bathroom. It’s not complete. His is a hole for the light that’s supposed to be in the shower. The light was never installed. You can see the roof of the trailer and then the roof over the trailer lol.

This place is two single wide trailers put together as a doublewide and it was just haphazardly done so. Imagine my pleasure when I looked up and saw the daylight a couple months back yes we should fix it but he will get to it “no need to remind him every six months” lol

You could most likely wire that yourself.

Oh the wires ran.( you can make it out sorta) But we don’t have the fixture. It has to be waterproof. Finding the one we want that’s affordable has been hard. lol.

But we also have to get the durock and the tile.

To be fair that’s about the extreme of the holes. We have your normal old house gaps and stuff, single pane windows ect ect. That one we just close the shower curtain. We did have some foil stuffed in there to deter squirrels and they pulled it through. Or something did. Either way it’s gone XD still doesn’t explain such a high bill.

Once Hubbs gets more checks under him and some of the bills are lowered we can definitely figure that out. Fridays my birthday, so will see Saturday what cool stuff I can get at the shop. Wonder if I can get my mommy to bake me a birfday cake lol.
