Who here feeds phyto? And sees benefits from it
I dose Phyto to feed to pod colonies. Is it helping? Not really sure tbh. The pods I got come in small bottles and I don't think there is as many as would come in a jar from Algae Barn or Dinkins...

I do! Phyto helped, or at least was timely enough to not be ruled out of helping, with my GHA outbreak a while back. It feeds my clams, and my copepod population went from needing to be replenished about once a month to pretty stable in tank. All of these things could happen without phyto perhaps, but I do credit phyto to at least helping!

I was gonna order some from dinkins but not sure

Also 10/10 rec for Dinkins. Love them! The pods and phyto arrived alive, thrived, and the extras were super cute and lovely.

I will likely place a dinkin or algae barn order soon for that reason. Spent $30 on a small bottle that would take my manderin 2 days to eat.

Sounds like the bottles I got.. Its 6 oz and a small number of pods. I am also considering an order from Dinkins. (I also put my raffle tix this year in that bucket) lol

I can see them on the glass most of the time, but I favor tisbe which tend to hang out in the rock and sand. My goby (Diamond, not mandarin) and blenny spend a good portion of their day chasing pods, which is also fun to watch.
