I’m stuck in a hotel room outside of Miami all weekend, with no opportunity to visit the LFS here because my 3 year old daughter is being monitored for seizures via video camera (and EEG). So it’s essentially 60 hours of bed rest.

My wife is finally going to put her foot down on my aquarium expenditures after this. I can feel it.

she’s got a complicated issue that we are still trying to sort out, but it’s not life threatening. And her seizures are the staring type and not even noticeable most of the time. So they’re doing a 72 hour outpatient EEG. It’s a 2.5 hour drive from our house, and we didn’t want to risk a lead coming loose and having to drive back down to get it fixed so we booked a hotel for the weekend,

Was hoping to hit up the LFS here and do some exploring, maybe drive down to Key Largo (we moved to Florida last summer, this is my first time near Miami), but didn’t realize she needed recorded the entire time. So we’re stuck until Monday.
