Is he getting stung by that kenya tree? Scolys tend to like low flow and lower light. Where is he placed in your tank? Take him out and give him a light dip in iodine and tuck him under the shade for a few weeks. Also make sure you dont have any angels or tangs that could be picking on it. Or hermits too
