Here we go...I've never had a rock anemone before but have my eye on one. What do you all feed them and how often? I read small like oyster feast and reef roids. Will small mysis be ok?
small mysis is perfect, take some tongs and gently place 1 piece on its skirt and it will grab it and bring it into its mouth. Dont over feed or it can get gut rot, one piece of mysis once a week is plenty

GIVEAWAY TIME!!!

Critique my sale, what do you like, what would you change?

Winner will get a $30 gift card! Entries end at 6:30pm est
I have no complaints. For me personally it's like to see a wider variety of non-zoa softies (leathers, etc) mainly because I have an easier time keeping them happy in my tank.

I am curious on glitter gonis in general; are they all from Australia? And are there any blue varietals?

I've been following the glitter world for awhile, but just have one. From what I understand, they originate from Australia. There's a group on fb called "Goniopora Collectors". Danger. I have seen all blue ones before.

I really like the vibrancy of them, I have some really nice green shaded gonis; and now the purple and treasure island (soon anyhow). I thought I had killed an ACI red but that is slowly coming back after I moved the rock it was on. I think a blue shade would look awesome in the “garden”.

Its a type of soft coral that will encrust what you put it on, like a zoa. They are very hardy and grow pretty fast, and add alot of color and movement to your tank!
