Most of the time the are duplicates. From what I've seen with lro..you like a coral then pm the care questions or requirements. She's great at responding so next time that blasto or goni comes up your ready to purchase.

U gotta do your research for care of the coral in my opinion… at least that’s what I do… that’s a lot of work for them it’s hard enough as it is
I research... But this hobby is nuts. I had about $1500 in torches thriving for a year... until they weren't. Zoas, Mushrooms and leathers are the only things I rarely kill off.

Stability is key the moment u decide to slack that’s when things start to go wrong.

I use the sales for knowledge and fun. If your new just ask. Ppl are here for 2 sometimes 3 days dying to chat about something. I've had more recommendations and questions answered on what's a good fit from the members. They post colony shots if available if needed...use the community basically. Soooo helpful!!!

Here we go...I've never had a rock anemone before but have my eye on one. What do you all feed them and how often? I read small like oyster feast and reef roids. Will small mysis be ok?

So the one thing with any euphyllia but especially torches. Please buy them from a reputable vendor!
Torches are known for coming in from the wild with nasty bacterias and if placed in a tank with tank raised torches, it can affect them and cause them to recede, brown jelly or polyp bail out. This is why aquaculture for these animals are so important!! We have been growing our own torches for years and years, the last time we brought in a wild torch to grow out (easily over 4 years ago) it would go into an intensive qt process to get rid of the bacteria and pests and make sure its going to grow and not shift colors before we even think of offering it up for sale.
