Well, I only deal with one vendor since i got my waterbox, and its you. You been so helpfully with all my questions, since i got my water box off ya, i told ya would stick with you and not stray. My local Fish stores, seem to always ask some else when i have questions.
I look for the one that says “Living Reef Orlando”

knowledgeable staff who also hobbyist. this way you know that they care and all the coral are living their best life
I look at how healthy fish/coral are. How clean tanks are, and, if the vendor is online, reviews. I also, sometimes, buy something small first, and see how it ships.
We tried that scenario. This is how our dogs like to "watch" the second tank . Maybe the cats will enjoy it more I just tried to convince me wife earlier today that we needed to setup a second tank... for the cat to watch... she didn't buy it lol

Honesty and the ability to ask questions without getting a rude comeback. You go above and beyond any expectations anyone could have. Every single time me and my wife say ok we will just look at the sale we end up getting a bunch lol

honestly tho I look for good customer service overall. if u have amazing corals but I walk into your shop and u completly disregard me I won't shop there anymore. people make the hobby! if u have good people u have good corals u have crabby people u have crabby corals.
