What par level is best for burning banana stylo. I have other stylos that like around 150 par and the burning banana seems to be bleaching. Odd because every other coral in tank looks great and my levels are 3ppm nitrate .08 phosphate . Alk 8 ca 450 mg 1400 temp and ph stable no swings. Potassium was low at 360ppm slowly easing to 400. Any suggestions ?

So many beautiful acros but I don't have room for them!!
Ha! I feel ya...

I have the room, but I'm so nervous about what type SPS stick to try. This is my 2nd time giving them a shot and honestly if I screw it up this time, I'll be at a loss as to what to do...everything shoukd be ready from a numbers/stability standpoint...ive grabbed a few of the stags and one acro so far to try them out. Fingers crossed

At a year old with hardy SPS you could do it as long as you keep your parameters stable. I would stay away from Tenius until you try other SPS

About a full year. First attempt at sticks was 8mos ago. They all died off slowly of course, but haven't added anything in months and just focused on stability and routine. Now, there coralline growing uncontrollably everywhere and the LPS is doing great even with nutrients way down in anticipation of these sticks..
