Finally have all the acros pulled and dipped. Every one of them is on plugs or tiles for easy dipping for the next 7 weeks... in it for the long haul...

Going to destroy these AEFWs

You got this.

Right now I have 53 frag plugs and tiles with acros on them.

My major concern is that some of these were encrusted. I tried destroying and eliminating the bases on the rocks. But there always seems to be a little left. This could be a place that some aefw are left over. So it's going to be an uphill battle.

Today was dip day #2. Visual inspection of all previously dipped coral revealed no new flatworms. The only colony I hadn't dipped yet was my Stevapora pictured below. It had a few but not many. 53plugs and tiles that have to be dipped weekly. 5 weeks to go.

Reef updates..
First off #Cronies anyone growing phyto I'm all ears on advice.
My starter cultures come end of the week for that and rotifers. Goal is to raise a brood or 2 of clown babies for the experience and knowledge. Keep adding to my reef smarts...

Pic of current grow out.
Clown larvae on top, phyto in middle, ritifers on bottom.

Update on my reef. Things looking good. Flatworms are disappearing and I only found 1 adult on previously dipped coral. I have 1 colony that does not like the Bayer and I've lost about 20% of it.
The rest act like nothing has happened other than being moved and messed with.
