How you doing with this?
I quit last October. I can't imagine ever smoking again.

Thanks for asking. I had a couple midweek last week. Other than that, for cigarettes, I have been smoke free since January 1st.

I'm happy to see the reef is still going great and the family still doing great.
I'm still healing from the motorcycle accident and still waiting to start my build.
But I'm still smoke free since october.

Recovery is slow and hard but I'm pushing through with it.
The 110 gallon was the reef tank I broke down for the 180 gallon upgrade.
I have everything for my 180 gallon build. All equipment, 99% decided on how everything will go together.
Just waiting to be physically able to get started.

Caveman! I am so proud of you for quitting smoking. I am happy that I never started. Terribly difficult habbit/addiction to overcome. Kuddos friend!
