Eternally a kitten.
Exactly. I used to say the same thing. Mine had a problem with his adrenal gland around 6 years old. He lost all his hair and looked kind of funny, but I may have loved him more. In the end I had to put him to sleep when he could no longer lift himself. Sad, but the memories stay fresh in my head even all these years later. His little chirping sounds he made while bouncing around playing with me, hiding his toys under the couch and dressers, thumping his one black foot on the hardwood while scratching his ear, just an amazing pet.

What a roller coaster brian... perseverance at its finest. 2 hips, a hooray, and raise your glass to the RETURN OF THE CAVE.

It really has been a rollercoaster! But who doesn't love riding by the seat of their pants?!?

Nice collection you got from boom corals Brian
. The crash gives you the excitement of stocking a tank again. That may help the down of all the losses and hard work. Nice to see your new found excitement and watching the tank grow better and stronger.
Thanks! It really feels like a fresh start. Just nice to see more corals in there. If all goes well I will not be adding any more to this small tank and I am very happy with what I have.

How big is that? They look to be purple? I’ll have to look these up.
The skeleton is about 3”. When it was fully healthy and fluffy, the flesh added a couple more inches. Hoping it gets back to that state some day.

Your anemone is looking huge. I think every picture it looks a little bigger
I need to shoot a video soon to really show how big it is flailing around.
