What does bread have to do with sleeping?

i can't eat food after a certain time or i really struggle falling asleep. it's worse with bread so i think it's a blood sugar thing. no idea though lol

Insomnia strikes again, and I can't sleep.
So, here's a painting I did for the office of one of the women I work with.
Poor lady has no windows in her new office, so I painted her one lol
Corny, I know.
