That is really the coolest thing about having a tank! My kids name the fish but that’s about it. They check out the tank but never really showed interest. I hope your little man grow up just like his dad.

Thank you! You’d love my kitchen then haha! I designed everything , picked out the color / wash, and hardware. My good friend is a wood worker so we did it while having some beers. He did 90% I was just there for whatever little help he needed.
It’s all removable, top comes off with 2 people. Bottom can be slid out easily. And the sides which you can’t see are Velcro to the tank. It’s all made of knotty alder.
He also did that 8’ dining table which is solid hickory. Talk about heavy.

The kid loves the water. Weather it’s the ocean, the tank, or the river we live on. This winter he was jumping into a 4’ pool and would hold his breath and go to the bottom with me.

I used to use my little girl to clean the sump but she doesn’t fit anymore.
Mine is about the same age now, she loves feeding the fishies and playing with “pipes”.

To clean your sump?? That looks spotless haha! You have a display sump sir! Thing is awesome... aside from the price tag on it.
They are definitely fun to watch as they are learning about the tank. She is precious.
She was my first livestock added but she is a bit destructive so I had to remove her. Haha I'm just kidding. That was before water but thought it would be a good photo op.

I lold!! Haha. Those pesky humans upsetting all the fish and coral.
So cute. Enjoy every minute, it goes by way to fast.Every morning I feed the fish and he asks “Daddy what’s next on the list?” Lol. Today I go and get the cup I mix food in out, he gets the food out of the freezer while I’m in the garage checking on my sump. Come back to him sitting there watching the fish eat a sheet of nori I put in earlier.
It’s pretty awesome to see him enjoy the tank. I wish you guys could hear him tell you what the fish are. If you asked his favorite is the copperband [emoji23]
