Hi I desperately need help with my reefwave 45 gyre

Hi if anyone would be able to help me sooner then customer support is really appreciate it, so background is I have updated the firmware and deleted and repaired my 45 to my app at least 4 times and it says all the connections go through fine then tells me I am connected at the end just for me to go to set up my wave patterns and I see “no data/no connectivity” I will attach images and I really hope someone can help me here.
