exactly what im doing :D
i think you misunderstood my post.
I mean your efforts are likely futile as you've pushed your corals to a point where they're suffering necrosis.
If the skeleton is visible over more than 50% of the coral its time to frag a healthy piece and pray that it doesn't also have the same issue.

is there any way to treat rtn?
on a single head you're kind of stuck hoping it doesn't progress.
RTN is a tough one as you really never know where the tissue necrosis is going to end. This is why i recommended saving a frag where ever possible.
It sucks that you're going through this as it is an ugly feeling so fingers crossed that you manage a little bit of luck

Iodine dip may help. My friend you have to slow down. It is very likely the coral are not going to survive this. I know it sucks. We have all lost coral. But you can learn from this. IMO with the salt mix you are using and the consumption of the coral you have you probably don’t need to dose anything. That goes for the reef roids as well.

so, it doesn't really look like necrosis, more like its closed, no tissue loss, nothing, just stress
this was no light on.

The two things that stand out to me is the massive water changes, meaning your calcium should not be low. But you said you dosed it, so I’m skeptical of testing error for calcium which would also explain cloudy water. Second thing is the reef roids, they skyrocket phosphates big time. I’d really stay away from any type of dosing or reef roids. I truly believe they’re a marketing tactic (reef roids) and only cause issues, just stick with frozen foods they’re enough. Dosing is great but can be difficult to do properly. And like others have said it’s unlikely you need any type of dosing at this stage. I would just use this incident as a learning curve. We’ve all made mistakes.

talking about the frogspawn? Cloudiness is likely a bacterial bloom caused by nutrients getting wacky. I would really stop dosing anything. I see a good bit of algae in the tank correct? Is it relatively new tank. 4-6 months ish?

Ok. Makes way more sense now. What do you have for fish? How’s their health? How bout hermit crabs? And for real. No more reef roids

one ocellaris, not hermits, but 1 turbo, and 40 astreas
and ok, but what do I use for reef food?
Why do you have a turbo and 40 astreas? That is way too much. Your tank is 11g, right?

yessir, I asked for 25 astreas, and sbb gave me 45 XD
and just received fluval clearmax, can I use it? how?
Well turbos get quite large, and having 41 snails in a 11g will result in a ton dying. This won't help your nutrient issues! Having 30 snails die due to starvation in an 11g tank will spike nutrients crazy high. If you end up getting more than what you got for in your order, make sure it's okay to put in your tank before putting it in (in your case, it was not okay)! I would suggest bringing a ton of those snails to your LFS, if they'll accept them.

there is a lot of algae for them, the turbo is full size already too
but what about the fluval clearmax?
