the white things on the hermit are filter feeder worms... they are fine, I have them in my tanks

Can anyone ID this? I've got this coral of some sort growing on my live rock. It's grown to about a size of a button but a bit smaller.

It round and kind of resembles a trach brain coral and it seems to have sweeper tentacles all over. Colours look great on it too. I'm thinking of cutting it and gluing it on a frag plug but I wanted to make sure it's a good guy before I did anything to it..

It's hard to get a good pic because it's quite deep in the tank but I just came across this picture.

I do believe it is, Not a bad hitchhiker, defiantly is a keeper!
Just be aware of the sweeper arms, and there will be no problems

Great! I've had this tank setup for just little under a year and it started growing maybe a few months ago and it's getting bigger. Going to attempt to cut it and frag it on a plate!
