OMG wow WOW yes plz love this tank!!

just read through the thread now I want a goni :D
questions:
should one start out with a ORA red?
do we feel the wild aussie gonis do well in tank life?
what is best to feed them? ployp lab, reef chili or DIY fish food mush?

my understanding is med light and med flow?
on sand bed is ok but not touching the sand correct.

Stay away from the green gonis! That's my advice. I bought a nice red and a nice green wild st rhe same time, red is flourishing and green is starting to die back. I'd suggest ora red for sure. And very true about medium light/flow and off the sand bed. I dont directly feed mine but I feed the tank heavy multiple times a day for my fish

This is encouraging. I’ve never had success with gonis(although only tried variations of greens).

I never knew there were so many color variations in Gonipora. Is their care the same regardless of color? In the past I have unsuccessfully tried to keep a number of these. I pretty much gave up on them until a friend gave me a frag of red and blue Goni. He guaranteed me that it would do well in my system. That was 5 years ago and he was right. But now you guys have inspired me to try another color.
