Kieth awesome seeing your tank and basement sump. I don’t think I’ve ever seen fish as fat and happy as yours :) Loved the Goni leather and torch hearing that they were not as full as before makes me want to see em once fully recovered cause they looked fantastic today . Very happy that your numbers are coming back in line for you. Nice to know you have that beach all sized chaeto going Incase it gets embargoed like the Indo corals Ill have

@Raege thanks for coming up and that beach ball of chaeto is nuts, right?

@Scurvy I think it's a combo of everything, the reactor, the denitrator, water change and carbon dosing. Rays pic doesn't do the beachball size chaeto justice. It's as wide as the 40b and spins. That's from the reactor from harvesting. I just keep throwing it in there and feeding it....

And thats not technically tied into the system or is it? I thought I remembered it being sorta a separate holding/emergency tank.

regardless Im glad to hear things are turning for the better :)

Also do tell what that light I see over the 40 is? Wattage?

Ya completely separate, That's why I wanted your 40, so I could tie it in. The light is a amazon grow light, ufo 100 watt.

Nice, When all’s said and done hopefully you can yank the Nitrate and chaeto reactors and rely only on the fuge :). Look forward to seeing what/how you do with the 40!

Had a great time in the north with everyone. Thanks for the pizza and showing off your tank. So happy to see things turning around slowly for you. Angie was such a sweet girl and is a perfect addition to a great family.

Looking forward to the next gathering of the misfits

@Raege I did water tests today ;)

pH - 8.0
NO3 - 10 (YES ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Now to cut back on carbon dosing....)
PO4 - .040
dkH - 8.74
Ca - 450
Mg - 1520

Everything is where it should be but I am still losing Trachy and Lobo. New @thejuice24 Acan from @RichtheReefer21 is looking good as well as everything else. No idea on the trachy and lobo though. Still waiting on ICP test too.

Awesome that no3 is back down Hoping lobo and trashy will start healing up for you over next cpl weeks with a cpl target feeds a week and will start recovering the small bits of skeleton showing. Be interesting to see what icp says is in water column.
