No I didn’t get paid for this or get a free one… but everyone, go get one.

Perfect example… me using the Salifert Nitrate test and getting 10ppm for the backup system and 25ppm for the display trying to place how pink the sample is on a color chart.

I tested both in the Hanna and got this:
10ppm = 13 ppm
25ppm = 8 ppm

Good lord I’m terrible at discerning Pink shades. Thank you Hanna for giving us a high range nitrate test that is more applicable to most reefers than the low range test.

Well, I messaged @Hanna Instruments (using their web form) about the cost of reagents, but didn’t receive a reply. This is pretty disappointing as they’d previously given me excellent customer service.

I got a frag from a local swap about 2-3 years ago. I haven’t really seen it much since. I grabbed it because it was an oddly dark acro… something you don’t usually see.

It’s a older one, I believe it was in a wwc live sale around 2018 and not sure if it was sold much after that, I got a frag of it a little ways back
