So i tested last night and noticed that my phosphates are quite higher than usual…@.12

Tank is about 7 months old

9 fish

Several corals
Goni
Two chalice
Two favia
Two acans
Three mushrooms
Candy cane
Torch
Three hammers

Ph- 8.21
Alk-8.00
Calc-417
Mag-1370
Nitrate-9.8

Corals look great and maybe the best the have ever looked, lots of pods, fish are healthy…

I ask is this too high and should i react? I am newish to reef keeping and have learned the valuable lesson of time and not to chase numbers…What do you think?

I do have a fuge with grape cholerpa and also have some GHA and quite a bit of bubble algae.

Anybody thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to give this enlightening insight.

I think it’s an appropriate and useful answer for a highly experienced reefer to tell you (a relatively new reefer) that basically both the numerical level is fine and that if the tank also looks good, that itself is evidence of that fact. It is insightful, IMO.
