ETRC May Meeting

Hey ETRC, I'm going to host the May meeting on Sunday, May 19th, @ 2 PM. I'll post my address in the private forum.

Please RSVP, I would like to be sure to have enough food for everyone. Not sure what to serve, maybe just some simple finger foods.


There are several topics I would like to see discussed at the meeting.

1. Frag Swap will be the number 1 topic.
2. Club Coral Library
3. Club PAR meter

I thought elections are in September, it is definitely not in the bylaws, unfortunately the pdf file on the ETRC website of the club constitution is not working.

I hope there is a copy of the file somewhere?

I just know we used to do it in the early summer. Maybe that has changed. I recall reading it somewhere recently as well.

I think it was changed so that it happens after the frag swap, although I could be wrong?

Ill look for a Word copy. I think we amended it at one time to move the date to be after the frag swap. Discussion and voting is in the private forum, I believe.

BTW, I'll likely be able to make this meeting since I can pretty much walk to it. Never know when a camping trip or the like with family may trump such things in the spring, though. Will let you know closer to the time if I have to bail.

I live just 5 minutes away Scott and my home is kid friendly, so you have very few excuses not to attend
