It's official. A lot of fish in the tank.

I added the remaining fish from the old tank and added some Live Nitrifying Bacteria. I've been adding it daily (usually twice a daily) for the past week anyway so we should be fine. But I'm planning on keeping doing it for probably another week at a minimum.

Only a few things strands of junk today, mostly on the filter floss but still a few strands attacking the dead tips of some of the BN frags.

Two of my small Pink Cadillac frags RTNed last night but there's still a few hanging on.

17 fish. I still need a lower/sand bed fish or 2.

Probably going to get a Tailspot still, also a Dragonette or Mandarin, and likely a Twin Spot Goby again.

Those 3 are probably it for me.

As far as pods go, every night there are SWARMS of copepods in the tank even with 3 Wrasses. Everytime I move a frag, amphipods and some larger varieties of copepods go scurrying. I dose phytoplankton occasionally, and there's algae growth on the rocks and glass so there's food for them.

Thoughts on a TINY (3/4" if that) Biota Mandarin? Too small for the number of bigish fish I have?

Hey @907_Reefer

Also, Leuco doesn't like me taking the lid off the tank. He thinks I'm going to catch him again I think. He hides in the sand whenever I open the lid.

Nope. They do not like leaving home, at all.

When i moved from las cruces to white sand. Transporting the purple tang was beyond easy. I had to move her twice. 0 issues.

Wrasse? Nope. They aren't having any of it.

I'll confess, i did attempt to apprehend one of my wrasses recently. They were not having any if it.

Need a new scrapper. My flipper must be worn out somehow. It works manually. Not magnetically ;(

How long do Flipper blades last? The last one was about 6 months and then I accidentally bent it or it would have worked longer I imagine. Those magnets are strong and I decided to attach it to my shelf to keep it out of the way. Unfortunately I attached it vertically to a vertical brace and the blade dented right near the middle.

Yours is a 90?
Yes. Lots of hidey holes tho. I was surprised to see my leopard wrasse be such a jerk . My Lubbock if it’s still alive has been hiding from it since last night.
