20-25ish gallons every two weeks. Filter socks changed every three days. Skimmer emptied as needed.

We're on septic, so I can't just dump stuff down the drain. I lug 5G home depot buckets out to the street, usually two at a time. Then fill them up in the basement, lug them upstairs, and dump into the tank. (Again, usually 2 at a time).

Screwed up my back 2 weeks ago cleaning the tile and grout lines on our first floor/second floor (5-6 hour straight); in preparation for my Daughter's High School Graduation party. Later that night I could barely move. Finally starting to get a little better, but no where close to lugging those buckets.
Years ago, I got a Stenner pump for automatic water changes and I've never looked back. I now have two, one for each of my systems. I do about 2-3% automatically everyday.

Where do you dump the old water? I'd have to run like 50-75ft of tubing out to the woods/street. Wouldn't work so well in the winter.

It goes down the drain in the laundry room. Stenner pumps are industrial dosers so you can get ones that push 25 or 100 psi. I have both of mine in the attic and they push from one side of the house to the other, no problem. That's where they excel and the Neptune DOS fail for AWC. Stenner's are just more robust and have more power.
