Looks like thats my first newbie mistake
First off, no worries! We all make mistakes!

I just noticed your location..... Things may be different for you, and I'm sorry to presume you had the same resources that I do :)

Nice looking setup!

Will the rocks become alive again or something
Yes! They absolutely will. Time is all that's needed.

Your tank looks really good, and if you're only seeing the 2.0 ppm ammonia and no more, just ride it out. That tank will be well on its way!

Thanks
Yes in my city we got only one store that offers saltwater aquariums sponsored by red sea aquariums and you know the prices of this brand crazy so i tried to not rely on them as much as possible setting aside the fish and corals so all my stuff took weeks to ship to me internationally

Soaked it in rodi water for a day
Okay, but why?

Again, I don't know your locale, but if the area you dive in is free of pollution, and if it's legal to take rocks, then what are you trying to keep out of your tank? Are there pests or algae you're worried about? If not, and this is nice rock from where you dive, then by rinsing it under RODI and then bleaching it you are killing all the good stuff you're collecting! We in the states would do unspeakable things for that kind of rock, right from the ocean ;-)

Either bleach it totally dead and start with dead rock (which I think would be a shame??) or please let us know why your live rock needs to be RODI/Bleached? I'd love to see a pic of what it looks like from the next time you dive.

Again, I think this is why you're seeing a stall in your cycle, in my very humble opinion. You sort of killed half your rock with your bleach, some of it is rotting, but some of it survived. The living bacteria are now trying to catch up, and they will in time.

If I were you I would go take another dive and put the new rock in a storage bin with saltwater for a few days and watch for hitchhikers and save the other rock and introduce a piece to make it alive and slowly sell off or give it away.

I think the fresh rock looks fine. I wouldn't bleach it or rinse it with fresh water, I'd use it and watch for bad hitchhikers. There's a lot of microbial life on that rock that is going to help your tank cycle.
