Honestly, I do not have a high conviction answer. I generally think of 2-3 X turnover per hour, but your UV is pretty strong for that size tank. See how it looks and we adjust next week?

in my tank (430 liters net) i'm using more or less 600-800 liters/h (the pump is rated for 800, i'm running it a little bit lower) on a 55W UV lamp. h24 except 4 hours during the zeovit dosing (2 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the evening)

The tank is clean it was never be so clean. I'll keep it running for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooong time.

I have only a nano, the UV is 9w th turn over is around 7x, seems to have all but cleared the dinos.
Only a few in one spot after 3 days of use.

I would say it's definitely dino but it's hard to ID from the video. To me, they look to be moving much faster than typical Ostreo.

Agreed not ostreos. Very different swim pattern. Image quality not good enough for high conviction ID, but given the speed of movement, I would say small cell amphids.

They may be happy and content in the sand. You might consider a blackout for 48 hours to get them moving.

I forget, what did you have before these guys? Ostreos?
Nutrients holding up okay?

I would also consider dosing some silicates so the diatoms compete better.

You can give it a try. It is generally considered ineffective against LC Amphids, but they are different.

i'm having some issues detecting the kind with microscope , probably they are too little, i have to wait for a bigger Bloom? bubbles are very very small and absolutely no "filament"

In my experience, shorter photoperiod had a greater impact on Dino than lower light intensity. The problem with Dino’s is that they can thrive in very little light. But they cannot thrive in the dark. So personally I would go like 5-6 hours, not 9. Just my opinion.

yes it is the "next man up" once the dinos subside. Manual removal is best, while keeping your nutrient levels healthy and balanced to each other. Ideally cyano gradually gets replaced by a different -- more attractive bacterial film or film algae, plus some diatoms. A diverse set of microorganisms versus a single, dominant strain. It can take a little time.
