LOOK at this dumb mistake... I turned the valve on my RODI container slightly, got to playing with the kids. When I remembered it nearly 30 gallons had drained out... luckily in my garage but I still wasted A LOT of water! Video coming soon!

Mounted the kessil as a test fit. No growth with the GEM5 lights, but it’s only been a week. May extend photo period.

Hi Pelphrey,

I’ve been reading up a lot on your threads, ton of useful information that applies to my build. I have a similar tank E260 w/ Reefer 250 sump. My question is, how did you like the baffle kit you installed to create the refugium? Was it large enough? Do you think it’s worth it or should I just plan to upgrade the sump? I didn’t see much of an update before you upgraded to a new sump w/ Fuge. Thanks in advance.

I liked it alot, not to mention I had Blue Tide Acrylics make it in the US so I didn't have to pay the crazy shipping from overseas! I thought it was well worth it!

Got sponges?!?! I do!!!! From what I’ve read and heard from the old school reefers this is ALWAYS a good sign of tank health! This was under some rock in my tank, it went back in my tank!
