Cyano, how to get rid? Algae and low intesity of light

I have a problem with cyano, nutrients NO3 4ppm and PO4 0.04, KH 9,1.
What to do? For months, I regularly cleaned, vacuumed and changed the water, without a better effect. Cyano will catch on rocks only where there is the rest of the sand. The flow is in the opposite direction, the discharge pump is opposite to the flow.
Since the new beginning (1 year) I have a problem with algae, diatoms, cyano or short hairy red algae on the rocks. Could it be due to lack of light? I have 3 light led lamps 120cm 36W blue and white LED, on the recommendation of my aquarist. Normally, before the system crashed, I used these LED lights for 6 years without problems (they were wonderful), but they were 6x36W for a 100gal tank.

I Would recommend a deeper sand bed with nassarius snails & keeping up with manual removal until corraline has a chance to out compete it.
You need to keep your macro elements at their maximum limit for this to work better as well as ensuring your pH doesnt drop below 8.

What kind of clean up crew is in this tank?

What do you have for flow? If I'm seeing right, bare glass under some rocks and clean sand surrounding the rest of rock, there may not be enough flow down low in tank. A grye pump, up high on the right side of tank, will increase flow across the bottom quite effectively. Post a FTS showing powerheads and return outlets

If you have only one powerhead in that big tank, I agree the flow might be an issue, try to add another powerhead on the other side of the tank.

As well as flow, I had great success in adding 5-6 bags of copepods regularly and doing larger water changes, the algae ate all the nutrients and killed itself off for the most part, the copepods finished it off I think.

I had Cyano for months during the ugly stage, it was only when I started adding pods that it died out quickly.

I did a 72h lights off. Subsequently, I started to shine full led, and the cyano started to be eliminated. I added bacteria weekly, and cleaned the sand and changed the water when the cyano was dying. Now I have somewhere red long hairy algae.
My nitrates decreased to 0 and phosphates to min. measurable value. I guess using uv and aminoacid will balance it.

@Spacemonkey , let me ask you a question. I never had a dragonette but got one recently. Since I got him, I’ve had a cyano problem (17-year-old very well established tank). Do you think the mandarin picking off the copepods may have caused this?
