Camera System: Canon 5DSR
Lenses: 70mm Sigma Art Macro, 100mm Canon Marco 2.8

All images were taken from looking down into the tank, still having a lot of trouble with getting my ISO lower (all images where taken at 1200+ ISO, hand held).

Beautiful pics! Man, aquariums are just an expensive hobby, they're like a gateway hobby. I started with Fresh, got into Salt this last year, and every time I see photos like this I keep thinking "photography seems pretty cool :thinking-face:" but my bank account is like slooooow down! :grinning-face-with-sweat:

Beautiful shots.
What lights are on the tank, I presume you made sure to boost them up to 100 percent before taking pics ?
Newer mirorless cameras should be able to handle 1200 iso without noise but that's a new body and new lenses :)
I can see a tad but of noise in ur shots but nothing really annoying. My concern would be shots where u want more DOF like the sunset monti...

These look great, well done. That’s the big challenge is trying to balance out the iso, aperture, and shutter speed with “low light” conditions. I have a newer body and frequently have to use 3200 ISO for my pics.

I agree with the DOF, I will need to figure out how to get the camera on a tripod and increase the lighting. I want to get the aperture to 15+ but the shutter will be in seconds lol
