you can also change the metering mode if you find that your subject isn't exposed the way that you like. for example, spot metering would prioritize the area in focus.wow, I will try to increase iso on my shots.
im not convinced that what you're seeing is noise. it might be more a combination of my dirty tank glass and it not being starfire glass.I see. I can fix that noise on Raw as well.
Thank you. I have Reef Factory Reef Flare Pro S Blue. Those shots are gorgeous! So is the tank
What are the settings on your tank lights while you’re taking those shots?
I was trying to say that if I have noise in a higher iso shots, I will clean it on my end.im not convinced that what you're seeing is noise. it might be more a combination of my dirty tank glass and it not being starfire glass.
oh ok, yeah, lightroom is awsome, a little clarity and dehaze can do wondersI was trying to say that if I have noise in a higher iso shots, I will clean it on my end.
When you brighten an underexposed shot you are also brightening the noise. I believe, in theory, you won't see much difference in noise in the final shot whether you A) shoot at a higher ISO with proper exposure or B) shoot low ISO underexposed and raise exposure in post. If you use raw and lightroom you have the chance to do custom noise reduction (if you wish) with either approach.wow, I will try to increase iso on my shots.
Those look awesome! I love the sharpness of the tenticles!
Thank you, it means a lot to me.A camera is nothing more than a tool to be used. You @eislekel are doing a great job using the tool. Your shots are stunning. Thanks for sharing

Hello, I had no intention of hiding the shooting settings.Great photos...
So since the conversation with @Ben549 you have stopped posting your settings with your shots. Can you update what your settings are that have changed? If you still have the original shots, they should contain the settings in the file information.
