DAILY QUESTION: How do you handle coral rescues or rehabilitations?
I usually move them to a quiet spot in the corners of the tank if if it is a lower light coral like a blasto, or higher on a rock in the corner if it is an SPS. Leave them be and see if they start to bounce back. Then move them to a more permanent location.

DAILY QUESTION: What is your approach to mixing different types of corals in one tank?
Give each of them their own space and watch in horror as they grow more than I imagined and start attacking each other or just growing on top of each other. Lesson learned: give them more space.

DAILY QUESTION: What is your approach to mixing different types of corals in one tank?
Different colors and different growth patterns, I put them close enough to not fight but fill in.

DAILY QUESTION: How do you manage and automate your tank maintenance routine?
My previous saltwater tank adventure, I stayed on a schedule of days between water changes , also closely kept my water level the same manually . No automation experience here. But will be using a RedSea ATO this time around

DAILY QUESTION: What is your approach to mixing different types of corals in one tank?
Break out the blender and mix away...place corals based on their needs and try your best to average out the needs of them all, it is easier to do in a larger tank than a smaller one but it can be done.

Started doing smaller water changes in my Fluval EVO and gave my good bacteria a chance to flourish. Helps keep my tank's nitrites under control. Don't know if it helps my corals but it makes me feel better so then they should also feel better. Hopefully

DAILY QUESTION: What is your approach to mixing different types of corals in one tank?
I have very few soft corals and I try to arrange hard corals so that they don't reach out and sting/eat their neighbors.

DAILY QUESTION: What is your approach to mixing different types of corals in one tank?

Most are acros. They get placed in the tank by their need for light and flow. Everything else is lower in the tank. The strong will conquer

Official entry. Best thing I’ve done is get the tank stable and keep it there
