Im not sure if its is edema though figure shed be dead by now and losing weight. She has lost some from not eating. Freshwater dip in case of flukes. How about brook? Shes breathing really rapidly right now because I scraped her area stressed her out but I have a better view of her now.
Of the three videos you’ve posted, only the last one was clear enough to see anything, and even then, I only got a quick glance. If you can get a clear video, taken through clean glass, I can tell you if this is edema or not.

Here is a pretty clear video. go to 55 seconds and you'll get the clearest I've ever gotten her.

Sorry - looking through that coating of algae makes it really tough to see anything. I got a split second glimpse, and the fish doesn’t look quite as bloated as in the other video, but with the poor angle and the algae, I just can’t say for sure.

Thank you. Still alive no idea how she might be feeding off of a duncan coral or eating algae somehow. She is losing weight and is still in the corner. Im going to treat her with ruby rally pro.

We/Jay rely on visual images/video to see what is going on. Just clean the glass on the outside would help the image/video a lot.
Good still picture has a lot better resolution than a video. Video has better information of activity, breathing and movement.
If you provide these for Jay, he will be above to help you a bit more.

That fish seem to be uncomfortable, but no clear evidence of disease. He is not too thin.
I would consider get the tank conditions better. Like Jay said, a nitrate of 90 is a bit high, although it in itself likely won't cause any problem, but it is an indicator that other level are out of range also. Consider doing a lot of water changes to get the water condition better.
This fish will be a lot more comfortable it it can hide without you spying on him all the time. The get comfortable without seeing movement outside of the tank. It does not seem that there is any fish in the tank that bothers it. Consider put several PVC elbows or segments in the tank. It is important that he can hide where you cannot see him (also mean he cannot see you). Once he settle down and do better in a few weeks, you can remove the PVC then.

I can't advise much on diseases and treatments of fishes, but get him comfortable and get the water up to snuff is what you should do.

The really good plus on using PVC for new fish is it is really easy to capture them. For trauma free removal of the fish just cover the pipe and take them out. I use single corner with PVC tube. Diameter of the tube should be near the lenght of the fish. Fore several inch fishes, they should be easily turn around in the tube to be comfortable in it.

She is still alive even though she has not eaten in a month. She has to be eating something or shed be dead by now. Not sure. Im bathing her in Ruby rally pro soon in a 15g AIO if that does not work than I think theres nothing I can do. I will also try to get her to eat while in QT
