Clown fish injury or disease

I did maintenance on my system today and after the water change I noticed a spot on my female clown that wasn’t there yesterday. It’s hard to get a clear picture of her but it doesn’t seem to be effecting her swimming or appetite. @Jay Hemdal , what do you think? Injury or disease?

looks like either a mechanical injury with object or bite from another fish. Hard to pinpoint with amount of shimmer from lighting. While this should heal on its own, adding ruby rally pro will protect it. You will also want to observe other tankmates in the event its aggression.
If it becomes red or sore, you will need to treat in a separate tank using seachem Kanaplex

Looks like a superficial injury to me. Both clowns are a bit what we call “over conditioned” (fat). You can cut back the amount of food slightly. The clown is also breathing a bit fast, that can be because it is actively eating during the video - but make sure the tank has good aeration.
I don’t see any need to medicate the fish at this point, just keep an eye on it for changes - growing larger, changing color or the fish going off their feed.

I do keep them fat and happy, the tank mates are the other clown, a royal gramma, a tomini tang and 3 green chromis. Nothing has shown aggression towards them. I will keep an eye on it, I’m thinking it happened during maintenance. The female has always breathed a little faster for some reason. There is plenty of aeration from the skimmer. This is the same clown that you helped me treat for tail rot a year ago. Thank you for your help again @Jay Hemdal
