Problem.... My lid is both missing the feeding door I paid for and there are several defects in the mesh including tears and distortions. I sent you an email. Thanks.

Edit:

AA will take care of me, i shouldn't have posted before getting a response. They'll be sending out a new one which shows great service!

Harry, we received the email you sent at 1:39 and were sent a reply at 1:48. There may have been a website issue with your order as it did not display the Feed Door Option. You made no mention of other issues beyond the feed door in your email, but we see you have a few shown here. As stated in the email, we will get a new lid with feed door processing for you ASAP. This of course should address your fitment issues as well. Hang on to this lid for the time being to keep your fish safe. We will include a return label with the new lid for you to send this one back. Sorry for inconvenience.

Thanks.

I apologize for posting quickly here right after the email, I should have waited. I edited my post to reflect how much I appreciate your quick response and customer service.

Thanks,

Thanks Harry :). We love our Reefing Family and that includes you!

Truth is, we have had easily a dozen lids since launch which had some issue or another. They have all been handled to everybody's satisfaction. If we missed something, which happens, we want to hear about it. We have several members of staff monitoring emails coming to [email protected] and anyone is free to email us there if there are any issues or questions.

There are a LOT of moving parts and people involved in the processing of your lid from start to finish. As a small US based business making custom products things certainly happen. We stand proudly behind our products.

I'm want to get mine ordered but I'm still unsure if I should have my lid on the inside measurement of the eurobrace (just resting on the glass) or over the entire tank. Any thoughts on this? Anyone else have these lids made on your eurobraced aquarium?

I just set up a reefer 250. It will have a couple of eels in it. Do you think this cover will be eel escape proof? With the feed door? Thanks, John

Oh yes eels get out of tanks all the time. You really have to seal them in they love to go exploring.

I think it would be without the feed door unless there was a locking mechanism on the feeding door. The lid does have some weight to it but the lid to the feeding area would not

Thanks for the reply. Might see if they have an option for that door.

Just placed my order. Woot!

Hi, I would like to inquire about my order. I have not heard anything since placing the order on June 19th. I only want to make sure that my custom needs are clear before it is made. Order # AAIC5383. Thanks!

Got my replacement lid in the mail today and it is stunning! Cutout for the feeding door and apex autofeeder is absolutely perfect and my fish will appreciate this for years to come!

Shoutout to Artfully Acrylic for fantastic customer service. My first lid was missing the feeding door due to a (now fixed) issue with their site but they sent out a replacement and a shipping label to send back the first. I'll post photos later when I get out my camera
