cleaning out my tank, my plan! PLEASE REVIEW!!

I am cleaning my tank, very deeply, I am removing center rock, scrubbing that, removing all coral, putting into bucket, cleaning all sand out, cleaning glass, cleaning filter media.
Will this kill anything? please share thoughts

its a 11.4 gal cube aio
(sadly for me, lps and softy dominated) 3 sps, 1 clown, big cuc.
a buncha poopy
and diatoms from poopy.

there is potential for die-off with this approach. For an active system, unless your plan is to break it down and shut it down, it's better to clean a portion at a time. maybe 10-25% of sand and rock at a time.
