Nicely done! As an auto body tech, that is some quality work. That car probably has 40 to 50 hours in just the color sand and polish

you’re right. It took them 9 months to get the car to that stage, they did everything from sheet metal work, a ton of blocking, and I would say at least a weeks worth of color sand and polish.
I’m very happy with the outcome, and I’m in love with Glasurit clear coat, it’s a mirror like finish! Keep posting those beautiful cars Reefers!
I hope you all have an amazing weekend.

Beautiful Roadster, my parents old neighbor had one, kept trying to buy it from him, but the man wouldn’t budge, unfortunately the gentleman passed away, and the Son kept it.
Thank for the compliment @fltt

I know what you mean about Sti being uncomfortable, my buddy had one, that ride was stiff! he didn’t have it longer then a month, it was white as well, which is a hard color to find them in.
But that’s a Super Sweet upgrade! Can’t go wrong with LS3! Must be fun to drive.

Yeah, STi's are uncomfortable stock, I took the "uncomfortable-ness" to the next level by putting lowering it onTein coilovers, also when I had the motor rebuilt with forged pistons/rods to handle the turbo upgrade I also had it converted to run on e85 and switching back to 93 pump gas was a pain as I had to pretty much drain the tank/run it out of gas. I do miss it a bit though, it was certainly quite a bit faster than my SS currently is.

Once my powertrain warranty is up, ill probably wake it up a bit with a big cam/headers, possibly a 100 wet shot of "gapplebee's insurance" lol

What’s up R2Reefers! Any Car enthusiast on the forum? I’ve been working on this 1971 Chevy Monte Carlo for the last 11 years. It was pretty much a roller when I bought it, spent the last 9 months at a body shop. I had a custom Dark Olive Green Base, and a Really nice Glasirut Clear coat sprayed on this bad boy. Possibly getting a fuel injected Big Block after I get it back from the body shop. Planning to go for the Pro Street Modern look.

454 would be perfect in her.

I tell everybody I used to be a Chevy guy but now I'm a Ford guy. If you look up Capri Perana you'll know why. Only 500 made, when it raced it was too fast so it got disqualified, the first 10 races it won 9, then disqualified for being to fast. Won 24 Hours of Le Mans 1972, German made

threw in a 1942 police issue HD

US!

My bf loves to work on cars.We currently have a 1931 Ford model A body in the den (the rest of the parts are in a spare bedroom aka the parts room.

He just sold the dune buggy he built, was a sad day but on to the next project!

The project hes working on now is a one off 1937 car that we found on offer up. We think that it is a replica of a Auburn Cabin Speedster

We took it to a concept car show he was invited to recently-ish.

Thanks for sharing! Really love that Dune, it’s a bummer you guys sold it…
That replica is pretty cool looking too! Love what you did with the spoke wheels

Dont worry about the dune buggy, we have another one lol ;Hilarious ;Hilarious ;Hilarious He is on the tall side, 6'4 and its jus tnot so comfortable to drive. The other one, he said hes gonna stretch it. ;P

So, the guy that he bought the living room Model A, gave it to him. Is was just the chassis/engine wheels.

Heres one of my dogs modeling it right after we put it in its spot lol
