Caribbean SPS ID Needed!

This little dude came in on my KP Aquatics live rock. Each polyp is between about 1 - 2 mm across. As far as I can see, there are 12 tentacles on each. Apologies for the bad photo, this was the best I could get. I'm sure it isn't an acro or an LPS, but past that, I can't say for sure. I was thinking Porites, but I'm not really confident in that. You don't hear about SPS coming in on rock as often as you hear about gorgonians and Oculina robusta, so this is an exciting find for me. Thanks!
