I am considering using TM Carbocalcium.
Is it OK to use the Balling C alongside it mostly to compensate for the Mg consumed by the corals and Ca/Alk?
As I do no WCs, I wonder what the accumulated deviation from seawater is.

No. Balling C is not an appropriate formulation as a magnesium supplement. it will boost other major ions too much (things like potassium, bromide, etc.).

I'd recommend a commercial or DIY magnesium supplement to go with carbocalcium.
