I have a blank wall above my tank that is asking for some art. Without detracting too much from the tank, and considering it is in our main living room, any suggestions? What do others have here?

Ya those are awesome! I want some for my basement fish cave. For above the tank I’m looking for something a bit more conservative that will blend with the home decor of a family room better. Ha, almost! It is the closest replacement I could find a few years ago for my original finnex fixture that lived out its life. Some Chinese brand I found that fit double-ended halide and T5 bulbs. But I switched the ballasts out for Icecaps (MH) and Samsung (T5).
A nice seaside landscape may work. Although my wife and personal decorator would say what ever you choose should complement, not contradict, the decor in the rest of the room and it does not need to be Marine related.I have a blank wall above my tank that is asking for some art. I was actually contemplating hanging one of my deer mounts there, but my wife is not a fan…
I'm putting a net over mine with some of those glass balls you find at the beach from time to time.
My wife AND daughter would flay me alive if I did that!! But I would still have the nod. I do interior decorating and my wife has complete control over the exterior.
