Oh. Hey. @LiverockRocks cool buckets! No wonder the boxes stayed so dry :face-with-tears-of-joy:

We are Rock'N Buckets now!
No more leaking boxes or busted Styrofoam for our treasured customers to deal with.
As a thank you, we pack in reusable 5-gallon buckets. And how about that sturdy shipping box? WooWeeie!
Holy hell, who talked to me into buying this much rock :face-with-tears-of-joy: :face-with-tears-of-joy: :face-with-tears-of-joy: I'm sure there will be multiple redecoratings, but everything is in.

Love how you positioned the branch rock in the aquascape. Your fish and critters will be living the dream in all the nooks and crannies.
I originally told myself I wanted more space and stuff between rocks, but the more I look at this the more I know my Marine betta is going to be in love once he gets to move over
Betta heaven!
Morning update. No clicks through the night. Critters from reefcleaners order started exploring the new rock.

This guy.

Need to figure out what rock is going into the pico in place of the mini maxi rock still. No real tiny pieces from TBS.

Annoyed, my 3 delayed orders made it to town at 830am yesterday - they definitely could have delivered.

I also looked at tracking at noon and it still said "in transit" so I had no idea or I would have reached out to pick up locally instead.
Hidden cup coral is looking very happy.
3 different options. Base, premium, branching. I got 20lbs branching and 70lbs each of premium and base. Everything had something on it, premium had the most life.

Not sure about pods to be honest, but definitely little crabs, the entire oceans worth of barnacles, lots of sponge. I know they harvest pretty close to pickup and have holding for them. I did request that they remove most common bad hitchhikers if possible, which may have also removed a variety of good ones in the process. I didn't even see much in the way of brittle stars but the rock is so crevassed that they could just be hiding really well in there.
Most of the macro algae was blown off the farm by Hurricane Debby, so unfortunately no bountiful bouquets of red or green on our premium atm. However, the rock is definitely seeded with various types of macros which will begin growing (if they are not eaten first by herbivores).

Are the buckets just for local pickups or do you fly these too? I'm wanting MOAR rock for my upgrade. I didn't have any leaks last time but it's nice to know they're safer in buckets.

Plus, YES TO BUCKETS. I love reusing.

Tunicates.

There are sooooo many different tunicates on the farm, most unidentified. We are searching for a tunicate expert but have not found one yet.
This type of colonial tunicate is difficult to maintain long term in an aquarium. Random flow, good water parameters, dosing phyto, turkey basting detritus into the water column are all helpful tools.

Crazy! Thanks! Phyto dosing will be easy enough, already have cultures going as it is.

Here's what I know was good last night only one I could photo.

New blenny

1000005967.jpg

There's also a new rhino blenny in there but he hid. He's intended to stay in this tank after the transition.

You can see the new gorg - it's the fat one on the left.

I couldn't do anything with the pico but toss the macros and fish in. Hopefully I can this morning before work.

Here's other cube fish getting ready for bed.

Couple cube photos:

Big chunky gorg from seahorse savvy, can also see the fuzzy chiton in this tank behind it....

Flame scallop

And a peek at toady hiding in the macros in the pico

Between those 2 tanks, 3 fish were added. I have seen the striped blenny and the toad moving about. Not sure about the rhino.

Waiting for lights to come up in the pico to see if he'll eat frozen or if I'll need to go get some feeder shrimp.

Everyone is just starting to wake up in that tank. Just saw the royal gramma and the possum wrasse, foxy just came out, etc. Usually only the stripey and marine betta greet me when I'm first up and it takes a little for everyone else to catch up. The striped blenny was out with the other two. Hopefully we have no battles between the striped and rhino in the week or so before I move the striped over.
