Using 2 hydra 32 and running an AI programming for mixed reef. Peak period 10-5 with a 3 hour ramp up/down
What intensity? looks like too much light to me, typical shrunken nem hiding from the light.

3w led chips like yours are very powerful, and at 70 and 80% intensity mine looked like yours for years.

I lowered intensity to 8% blue and 1% white with 3w led chips, and growth is amazing.

I never target feed my nems and they grow like crazy. Proper conditions are all that's needed.
I have in the past, I can grow a nem any size I want. But the 200 I have now I never feed, I started with 1 30 years ago.

I like them smaller size, and the 5 clowns I have think they went to heaven lol

Alk is fine. I keep my tank at 7.9dKH and here are my nems. Your other anemones are fine so don’t go chasing parameters because one isn’t happy. Remember, he can move if he wants to. I don’t have answers for you, but I don’t think Alk is the problem.

Could be a nitrate and phosphate issue but not sure.
