Hey reefers,
I’ve got a BTA that isn’t doing so well. It was originally thriving but has since shrunken and hasn’t expanded in some time. It’s actively moving around the tank, mostly finding hiding spots underneath rocks in low light areas but was able to capture of picture of him today.
Temp is 78-79
Nitrates, nitrites, ammonia etc all tested within acceptable levels. Tank is +6 months old with other corals doing just fine
I’ve tried to spot feed him a bit but he doesn’t seem to be taking. Not noticing any gaping of the mouth though, just shrunken.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Sorry for the photos colors, hard to capture in blue light but I think it at least shows what I’m talking about.
