It came with the tank. It's a great little beginner tank, but I have a few complaints. The pump and light run on the same power adapter. So to switch one off would switch them both off. Second, the light is a touch pad on and off with default to off, so even if it wasnt tied to the pump using a wall timer would only work to switch power off. The light will not turn itself on.What's that little light you have running there?

There is a mod that requires soldering that will bypass the switch and leave the light constantly on, which then you can get a separate power supply and run a timer on the light.
Other than that, it's a great little tank, and you can catch them on sale at PetSmart for around $35 I believe.
