One more thing, I have UV sterilizer and protein skimmer as well both runs 24x7 too
Skimmer will help with O2 and UV will address free floating organisms that pass through the unit and not erase what is already existing

Assure lens and glass are clean and record, then place on you tube and then attach you tube video

Other fish didn’t die but Royal gamma did die the other night. But he went in to Pistol shrimp cave for hours and I thought he died because shrimp probably messed her up. I have Bristle Tang, Mandrain still there no sign of same white film on them ?

I meant the royal gramma

As others have said, you have some issues in that tank and should really rehome the Bristletooth ASAP.

I'd vote disease as the most likely culprit so far from what you've posted.

What kind of filtration do you have running on the Biocube?
Bristle tooth tang is way to big for that tank... They need at least 100G...
Indeed! I tried a Bristletooth Tang in my 40GB, he was good for a few months, and although they don't get as big as other tangs, they get a decent size.

Mine was a complete butthole...he owned the live rock and all caves and would bully any other fish who tried to enter any cave, because he thought he owned them all. High aggression and stress for my tank...he killed 2 fish, and almost a 3rd.

Easy solution...I traded him to my LFS for a Coral Beauty. Happily ever after, The End!
