Cool, so he's just a little guy. I need to find some little girls for him.

I just picked up a few more little guys today... I believe the male is a C. rubriventralis (and thinking the female is also C. rubriventralis, but havent had a good chance to study it yet). The male Exquisite took some shots at the new male (really nice colors), but nothing too bad. Lights went out shortly after adding them, but I'm off tomorrow, so I can observe:).

the exqusite u will want females becuase the males color will fade quite a bit green color fairy wrasses lose the most colors..meaning thier nupital colors more than any other color group...c. rubriventralis is on of my favorite fairys..they stay small..females look alot like the males just dull in color and have white/blue dotted lines that go down its side

The new male is hiding out, but comes out every once in a while. I'm hoping that, like the McCoskers, it starts hanging out in the water column within the next week. The one I think is a female that was added yesterday has some similarities to the male, but is an almost solid pink/fuschia color, with a little white on the belly (not as much as what I'm thinking is the male rubriventralis). I haven't seen the irridescent blue spots on that one, like I have the one I am pretty sure is a male (nice finnage and lots of 'hidden' colors). I'll work on some pics and see if we can come up with an ID on them. I've...got...a...problem... I can't pass up these litle wrasses when I see them. No one seems to be fighting today (new male is tiny compared to the male Exquisite-I'll look for a female Exquisite, as I've been watching colors fade on the male for the last months or so).

Thanks for all the info. I am a leopard addict (can't pass up a healthy looking leopard, either), so this is my first stint into the smaller wrasses.

Just to help people reading this thread, it is spelled "Pseudocheilinus" ("eu" not "ue"), and, as detguy123 already said, the McCosker's Flasher Wrasse is "Paracheilinus mccoskeri," not "Pseudocheilinus."
I usually proofread my posts by must have missed that one;).

You can proofread that 100 times and still miss it. I know I spent a LONG time trying to figure out what this was. Even when I had the correct speeling, it took me 2 minutes to see where the misspelling was! :)
