My Zoas have been acting off. I bought them two weeks ago they have never opened. They shrink then go back to normal then blend together!! My water levels are fine! As if right now they are blended

levels
PH: 8.3
Nitrate: 5
Nitrite: 0
Ammonia: 0
Phosphate: .02
Aklainity: 9 dkh
Salinity: 1.025

I do recall a salinity swing a few days ago that I fixed too quickly, but they were acting weird before that.

I hope they are ok I really want them to open the green star polyps are also acting like this!

What test kits are you using?
Not often do we get all zeros
How were they acclimated?

some causes are too much light or water flow
Pests
High nitrate and phosphate

Moderate light and water flow is best at lower third of tank. Add a little iodide to water and you can give them a 3 minute lugols iodine dip to assure no pests or irritants
