I feel lucky. Stumbled onto the "Tony's Cookie Monster" and wondered what it was...looked it up, and what a cool history!!! Now I'll attempt to keep the legacy alive as well!!

@A Reef Creation If you have a moment, can I get some info on the Dark Angel? Mainly light requirements. Looks like an acro that wouldn’t appreciate dead center of a g5 lol. But I’d like to know what does best for you please and thank you.

When we have time to wipe the algae on our show tank I'll take a photo of our placement of it. It's off to the side getting around 400 par at peak, medium to medium high flow.

I am going to have to start buying like @poidog @The Camaro Show @Justintime @ADAM and the rest of the heavy hitters! Time to start dropping on one or two high prices instead of a bunch of lower priced listings! Hahaha

@tnyr5 if your on at the moment or soon I could really use your input!!!! Is your Cookie Monster for sure a Hoeksemai or is it just “Hoeksemai like”?!?!? I had a HUGE colony of Hoeksemai years ago when my husband was stationed in Florida. When we moved from Florida to California most of our coral was either fragged and given to friends or sold. We for sure didn’t think it would be this hard to find another blue true Hoeksemai as it was so beautiful so the entire colony was sold to someone willing to buy it not someone in our reefing inner circle. The sales of our coral paid in full for our move from Florida to California which was wonderful but now I need a true Hoeksemai back in my collection!!! It’s the entire reason of my screen name here on r2r lol.

Honestly, I'm not sure. Its structure is very similar to a hoeksemai, but the branches are thicker.

Well I kinda have to..... you’ll run outta room real quick. Which then you become a little more selective of what gets to go in the tank. Plus acclimating and finding places for 15-30 pieces gets to be too much of a hassle, even with two reefs in the house. I’ve done the whole 4-5 tank thing and without a common sump, or other means, to connect them together it gets to where it becomes more like work everyday.
