AquaSD What is happening?

I have been following AquaSD for a while and have always appreciated the quality of their corals and the variety of choices available.

Thanks to AquaSD everything its settle, they provided the best support.

Hey there. Just wanted to clarify that the, " "We'll be sending you Lugol's on Monday via ground shipping at no charge. Regarding the delay, our policy states that Aqua SD is not responsible for such issues. However, we want to assist and can offer a replacement on a future order. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed." was not me whom sent that however all other emails certainly are :)

I made sure your order, replacements, and stickers were sent off yesterday and should have arrived by now if you could just post a quick conformation for the people reading this with their popcorn in hand haha.

Since we have not paired your ebay and shopify ( online ) orders we had you on our masterlist for the day twice. One was ebay, one was website ( I'll post a photo ) which is why we emailed you in regards to the ups ground shipment which should not have been sent.


I am going to be taking over communications and customer services in lieu of these inconvenient miscommunication issues and things should be much better soon :)

As always, its always a pleasure speaking with you!

Hello Kaleb,

As always, it's a pleasure to talk with you. As I mentioned in my initial post about my mixed feelings about AquaSD, your customer service is truly one of the most valuable aspects of the company.
I received my order today along with one replacement and the Lugol,finally :cool:.
I was sad that the Rainbow Pocillopora(from the previous DOA), one of my wife's most desired corals, was omitted.
However, I know you are doing your best as always!!!, and I assume such inconveniences are part of the growing pains of a business success.

I want to thank you for the replacement torch and the extra Ricordea—they are fantastic additions! I appreciate the quality of your products.
Despite the hiccups, I hope we can continue doing business together in the future. :):)
