Algae question

I have tried taking the algae out via siphon, pressure cleaner, red slime remover. Nothing will work, i dont even know if it is cyano

I picture would help out a bunch. You might be able to pick up some information here link I have a thread going and there are a few members there that are watching the thread as a progress with my battle that have made some great suggestions.

Try the H2O2 test. Put 1 ml H2O2 in a cup of tank water with some of the red slime stuff. Wait overnight. If the water has turned a redish tint and your red algae is gone, it's cyano. If the red algae is unaffected, it's red spirulina. You have to treat them differently.
