Well as mentioned before I have had an issue with flatworms in my tank, I don’t know how I got them but I have my suspicions, and have contacted the person I think I got it from to tell him about it
The type I think I have is Acoel flatworms I haven’t seen them on any corals and they are to tiny to see on the sand bed and rocks. I have only seen them on the glass.
In this picture, you can see one under a microscope dried up.
Here is a little video of them swimming around under the microscope.
I did a test on them and on some coppepods from my sump just to see the effect the salifert flatworm exit would have on my tank. The pods died instantly but the flatworms lived for a few hours under a 50x the recommended dose. So I wasn’t really Shure the medicine would work for me.. :/
The test was done in a glass with 40ml of water and 5 drops of salifert flatworm exit.. they are insanely small and this is the biggest one I could find though…
